"RHEOKYNETIKA", A VIBRATION VISCOMETER

The viscometer is intended for a continuous record of changing viscosity of liquids in petroleum chemistry, colloidal chemistry, chemistry of high-molecular compounds.

It can be used to:
  •  determine gelation time;

  •  control coagulation process;

  •  control setting time;

  •  control polymerisation rate;

  • study gel-forming compositions and adhesives;

  •  determine the viscosity of stable process liquids: hydrocarbon fuels, oils, aqueous solutions.

he liquid is placed into the thermostatic cell, the probe body connected with a sensor is immersed into the same cell. Analogous signals of viscosity and temperature are displayed on a built-in indicator and recorded by a computer.

Another version of the device provides for a continuous record of analogous signals by a standard recorder.
