High-Efficiency EPLIR and ESOBEL preparations

produced from natural mineral substances of West Siberia

The developments are based on the process principles that allows one to maximally preserve the natural composition and biological activity of the compounds

E P L I R

1% solution in oil

COMPOSITION: 100 ml of oil contain 1,000 mg of EPLIR preparation, which represents an extract of natural oil-soluble biologically active substances: carotinoids, chlorophylls, sterenes, high-molecular acids, phospho- and sulpholipids of medicinal muds.

Action: anti-inflammatory, biostimulating, analgesic and regenerating.

INDICATIONS: inflammatory diseases of female genital system and peripheral nervous system (osteochondritis, rheumatic arthritis etc.); haemorrhoid; acute and chronic otitis, gingivitis, gangrenous stomatitis; burns of different origin and degree, trophic ulcers, furuncles, carbuncles, panaris and festering wounds of traumatic origin; dermatological diseases (neurodermatitis, psoriasis), hepatitis of different origin and degree.

ADMINISTRATION: to treat inflammatory diseases of female genital system and peripheral nervous system (osteochondritis etc.) used is 1 % EPLIR solution in oil combined with the ultrasonic action by a labile technique (830 kHz, 0.2-0.6 Wt/cm) in a continuous mode. The treatment course is 10-15 procedures.

To treat haemorrhoid, one should apply the tampons wetted by EPLIR solution after the defecation during 2 weeks. To treat burns, trophic ulcers, furuncles, carbuncles, panaris, otitis, stomatitis one should locally use 1 % EPLIR solution in oil by applying the tampons, drapes, drainages etc. once a day.

To treat hepatitis, one should take 1 teaspoonful of EPLIR solution tree times a day before meal.

Contraindications: severe cardiovascular diseases, general contraindications for prescribing physiotherapeutic procedures.

By-action: allergic reactions (skin rash, oedema, rhinitis).

Delivery: EPLIR is available as an orange (orange-beige) liquid with a specific smell, without a pronounced taste. It should be stored in a cool dark place.

Shelf life: 1 year.

ESOBEL

A massage cream

It is produced on the base of biologically active substances of highly mineralized medicinal muds and brine.

It possesses a pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic, resolvent and anti-rheumatic action. It is efficient for the treatment of osteochondritis, rheumatic arthritis and other diseases of locomotor apparatus.

ESOBEL is applied by massage rubbing of a small portion of the cream. The treatment course is 10-20 procedures. Rubbing time is about 10 min up to heating.

E S O B E L

a dry extract of medicinal mud

ESOBEL represents a concentrate of water-soluble biologically active substances produced from a highly mineralized medicinal mud containing a natural complex of mineral salts (NaCl, NaSO4, NaCO3, CaSO4, MgSO4), microelements (Cu, Mn, Fe, Al, Ag, P), organic substances (fulvinic and humic acids, amine acids, and compounds of high-polar lipids).

Effect: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, resolvent.

Indications: for treatment of inflammatory processes of mucous membranes, acute and chronic rhinitis, tonsillitis, catarrhal diseases, and, in combination with the physiotherapy, for treatment of osteochondritis, rheumatic arthritis, and gastrointestinal diseases.

Administration: To treat inflammatory processes of upper respiratory tracts: throat gargling by 3% ESOBEL solution 4-6 times a day or via inhalations. For treatment of corryza: 2-3 drops 3-4 times a day in every nostril. To treat osteochondritis and articulation diseases: application of 1-3 % aqueous solutions via electrophoresis or 1 % solution in glycerol via phonophoresis. The treatment course is 12-25 procedures. To treat gastrointestinal diseases: application of 1 % or 3 % solutions via electrophoresis or phonophoresis. The treatment course is 15 procedures.

Contraindications: Dermatological diseases (eczema, dermatitis, etc.), severe cardiovascular diseases; general contraindications for prescribing physiotherapeutic procedures.

Delivery: ESOBEL is available as a light-beige powder with a specific smell and bitter-salt taste. ESOBEL solutions are prepared before use as follows: to obtain 1% (3%) solution, dissolve1 or 3 g of ESOBEL powder in 100 ml of distilled water, respectively. Aqueous solutions may be stored in a cool place for 10 days.

The dry preparation is hygroscopic and must be stored in a sealed package.

Shelf life: 3 years.
