ENKATOL,  SEALANT LUBRICANT FOR THREADED CONNECTIONS OF TUBING

The lubricant ENKATOL provides the air-tightness and the corrosion and fatigue strength of tubing, in particular of tubing strings. The sealant lubricant also increases the wear resistance of threaded connections when unscrewing many times. The lubricant can be used in the temperature range from -40 ^oC to + 120 ^oC. It is advisable to use the ENKATOL for the tubing strings of injection and drowned producing wells during the capital repair when using corrosion media (acids, alkalis etc). The sealant lubricant ENKATOL is non-toxic, harmless when contacting with the human skin, explosion-proof.

There have been carried out successful tests of sealant lubricant during the clay - acid treatment of wells and in gas lift wells, for the hermetic sealing of threaded connections in tubing strings in West Siberia oil fields.

There is a possibility to supply pilot lots of sealant lubricant ENKATOL and to organise a joint venture.
