Stimulation of thermal steam treatment of high-viscosity oil deposits by the systems generating Co2 and alkali buffer system in situ |
||
A technology has been developed to stimulate thermal steam treatment of reservoirs and cyclic steam treatment of oil wells by alkali-based IKHN-KA and NINKA systems.
According to the technology slugs of IKHN-KA and NINKA systems are injected into the reservoir prior to steam injection. Under the influence of steam temperature gel-forming IKHN-KA and NINKA systems generate CO2 and an alkali buffer solutions.
Advantages:
preserves gas-vapor mixture in a vaporized state at the temperature below the vapor condensation point;
increases the efficiency oil components transfer via distillation mechanism;
decreases the swelling of clay minerals in rock-reservoir and reduces the initial permeability of reservoir;
intensifies countercurrent impregnation and oil displacement;
significantly reduces oil viscosity.
The technology provides the increase in oil output and prolongs the period of oil production in one cycle.
Temperature dependence of oil viscosity recovered from Liaokhe oil field (from a settling tank) before and after thermostating at 200 оС during 6 hours in ratio 2:1 with water and NINKA system
